Garnished with sweetened toasted pepitas.<br /><br />2. <strong><u>Cranberry:</u></strong> Homemade cranberry jelly in between cakes, drizzled with dark chocolate ganache and garnished with dried cranberries.<br /><br />3. <strong><u>Sweet Potato:</u></strong> Roasted sweet potatoes on cakes, topped with marshmallow whipped cream and dusted with cinnamon-sugar.<br /><br />4. <strong><u>Apples:</u></strong> Pancakes topped with carmelized apple slices, a drizzle of caramel sauce and walnut anglaise.
